 Fibermesh is also called Net Fiber.It is a kind of 100% polypropylene item made from non-recycled raw mate-
rials.Its initial status is bunching mesh(5-8small sheaves per bunching)every small sheaf forms net shape after spreading out.While the mixing begins,it easily forms initial even distribution through mixing..In the pro-
cess of mixing,every small sheaf fiber forms net shape after it is rushed by auxiliary materials,and the cement covers every net thread.In the wake of mixing,the net thread is torn to change ever distribution of single thre-
ad shape.The ever distribution of the fibermesh is called“two time distributed method”.It guarantees that
the fiber must be definitely equable in concrete.If increasing 0.9kg of fibermesh to every cubic meter of the concrete,there are more than seven million fibers to form the distribution of the 3-D cubic status.And they intertwine to form net and affect each other to improve the character of the concrete.

Directions for using Fibermesh:                                                      
Length:Generally,the proper length of the fiber added into the concrete is 20mm,and in the spray concrete is 10mm.
Ratio Design:Usualy the proper amount of fiber to concerte is 0.9kg/ m,and the water-proof layer of the bri-
dge requires 1.35-1.8kg/ m,and the spray concrete in the tunnel is also 1.8kg/ m3 and other materials for the concrete remain the same.The ratio of fiber and concrete can be determined by tests for special purposes.The fiber has better effects on the concrete with active compound materials,such as silicon ash,coal powder,grou-
nd slag and zeolite powder.Mixer Adoption:Double-axle horizontal compelling mixer is better and self dropp-
ing cylinder mixer can be uesd,too.
Mixing Process:Crushed stones,fibers and sands are put into the mixer in succession.,After stirring for two minutes,fiber will fully spread and then add cement and water and stir normally.The addition of materials also can be put into as usual,but the stirring time should be properly prolomged to more than 4 minutes to make fiber completely mixed.
Shaping&Maintenance:There is no special requirement,may elong the vibrating time for 30s.The maintenance of the fiber concrete should be done same as the normal concrete. Per ton is similar to 4.6 cubic meter for the item.
Suitable Fields for Polypropylene Fiber-Mesh
Projects like concrete road, bridge, airport road and factory floor which strictly require cracking resistance. The life span of these projects will be lengthened for 5-10 years.
The walls of tunnels, mines, roofs and reservoir projects with special construction. When using spray technology in concrete construction, the polypropylene fiber added into the concrete can effectively decrease the spray concrete's deformation rate of the walls less than 8% and that of the roof less than 12%, and also can reduce the friction. It can improve the constructing efficiency and working environment and popularize the spray technology. River courses and dams, etc. The polypropylene fiber can improve concrete's resistance to crack and squirt and wear to lengthen projects' life span.Military defense works,
dock banks and piers, etc. This fiber can greatly strengthen the concrete's spurt resistance and heighten these projects' safety and lengthen their life span.

It is suitable to all kind of concete building:
1,It is used in the surface of road,highway and replaces steel reinforcing bar net and prolongs the road’s life in 5---10 years.
2,It is also used in the runway of the airport and enhance the capacity of shock strength to the runway.
3,It is used in jeting concrete in the ceiling of turnel,mine.
4,It is still used in dam,canal,swimming pool,the surface of the bridge and so on.
